Duxton Consulting uses the key principles of morphology in all of its services: Motivation, Innovation and Activation. It provides a consistent philosophy which underpins our thinking and business strategy.

Duxton Consulting was established in July 2009 and from the outset focused on the use of morphological psychology as the basis for its work.

This psychological theory seeks to explain human behaviour in terms of how decisions are made. It was created by Prof. Wilhelm Salber for specific use in market research and has been used by major companies in Europe and USA for more than 20 years.

Morphology provides a systematic framework for uncovering the underlying motivations behind human behaviour by focusing on the psychology of everyday life
