Is my information kept confidential?

Your responses to this survey are anonymous and confidential. 
All data is captured, analysed and reported in aggregated form. No personal information is captured or used in the survey analysis or report.
No information is retained or used that can be related to you.


The data is stored for a short period of time (usually after 6 months or 1 year) in secure AWS servers and then destroyed after analysis and report.

Who is conducting this survey?

Duxton Consulting Group Pte Ltd, a Singapore-based marketing consultancy that has conducted many consumer surveys in the Philippines and across most other countries in the Asia-Pacific region.

Who for?

Our client for this survey is a major Philippine Corporation.

What will you do with the survey results?

Duxton analyses all the data and produces a written report with a detailed review of the survey results, key observations, and recommendations. We send this only to our client. No-one else has access to the survey data or the report which remains confidential to the client.

Can I see the survey results?

No, all data and the survey report is confidential to the client.

Why was I sent the SMS?

Because your phone was located in a specific geographic area that was relevant to the survey, ie near a Mall. We did not have any other information about you, only your phone location.
